Samuel is responsible for the overall financial functions of WIOCC Group. He is the Co-Chairman of the Investment & Agreements Sub-Committee and a member of the Finance & Administration Sub-Committee within EASSy Consortium. His experience spans over 15 years in auditing, banking and telecommunications. Samuel joined WIOCC from Afsat Communications Group, where he worked for seven years in finance and accounting and general management.His last assignment was General Manager for Afsat Communications Zambia Limited.
Samuel is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in International Business Administration from United States International University and certification in H.R. Management and Management Development Program from the University of South Africa. His interests include reading, traveling, hiking and community service.
