Winnie has been a cornerstone of WIOCC since its inception, joining as the second employee after the CEO. Over the past 16 years, she has been instrumental in the company’s remarkable growth, assisting in expanding the workforce from just two employees to over 300 by 2024.
As the Group Chief HR & Administration Officer, Winnie spearheads the HR and Administration strategy at WIOCC, ensuring alignment with the organisation’s goals.
Her leadership has been crucial in fostering a high-performing, engaged, and resilient workforce, driving WIOCC’s success across multiple regions.
She brings a wealth of expertise in talent management, employee relations and organisational development.
Winnie leads the implementation of forward-thinking HR initiatives that enhance productivity, support growth and ensure compliance.
Winnie holds a Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD – UK) qualification and a Leadership & Management Certification from Strathmore Business School. She is currently pursuing her MBA in Human Resources Management to further solidify her commitment to professional excellence.
